    What is your return policy?

    All Trendy Ties and Bows are cut from the bolt, sewn, and shipped to order. We make them with love just for you so we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, we take pride in the quality of our products and will gladly refund your money or send you new items if there is a mistake made on our end.  Please be sure to refer to the size chart when ordering for the correct fit. If you are trying to match a specific color and are unsure, we are happy to mail you fabric swatches. Please send an email to info@shoptrendyties.com  with the swatches you'd like along with your address and they will be sent within 3 business days.

    When will my order ship?

    We will do our best to have your order ship as fast as possible. All ties and bows are hand cut, sewn, pressed, and packaged just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for it to be shipped and up to 10 business days for large wedding orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

    My tracking number is not working, am I crazy?

    Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking.

    My tracking number says my order has been delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

    You need to call your local Post Office (not the 1-800 number) and they will be able to speak to the specific driver that dropped off the package. They will be able to tell you exactly where the package was left.

    My size is sold out, will you be restocking?

    We will do everything we can to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. However, most styles sell out each season and we cannot get the same fabrics back in stock. If there is a particular style you would like to check on- please send us an email at info@shoptrendyties.com and we will let you know!
